Day 1 of 80 Day Obsession

Today is Day 1 of 80 Day Obsession! 😊 I would be lying if I didn't say I was a little nervous.  This program is going to be a huge challenge for me.  Not only committing to the 6 days a week 40 minute to hour long workouts, but the program includes a timed nutrition plan, which is something I didn't even know existed till this program. I am loving that there are 80 different workouts, and the videos were done live, so we are progressing right along with the cast.  I have never done something like this before and I am determined to do the program as it is written. I am in an exclusive coach test group run by the trainer, which I have also never had the opportunity to do in the past.  Test groups are by invitation only and are usually a pretty small group, 100- 200 of the top coaches.   This time they opened it up to any coach who was willing to commit and do the program.  We have close to 40,000 coaches in the group! 😮

OK, I am going to be very REAL over the next 80 days of this program.  I have NEVER shared my weight publically before and this time I am putting it all out there. Gah! 

Tracking my weight from July 2017, I started at 268.8 lbs. I had dropped 24.2. lbs, but my weight went back up in November and December putting today's starting weight at 256.2. 😒


When starting any program you want to take your before pictures and measurements.  I always take them, but I have never shared those before publically.  And because I am in the test group I was asked to take them in a sports bra. 😨 Well, here they are!  Be gentle. This is so hard for me to do, but I believe by putting this out there and not hiding anything along the way this will not only help me but maybe it will connect with others and inspire them too.

So here are my BEFORE pictures. 😢😢😢 I am putting this out here to say goodbye to the girl in these pictures.  Moving forward from here and excited to see how I transform mentally and physically! 😊😊😊
