I have known about it since November 2018 and even preordered the VIP access the first day it was available. I then had to wait another 6 weeks to get to yesterday when I could start!<br />

Let me tell you, it was worth the wait! Ok, I know that I have only completed 2 days, but dang. It is already pushing me and kicking me in my ass! Love that it is only 20 minutes.<br />
<br />
I am following the 2B Mindset nutrition plan, which is an option with this program. Which that reminds me...I passed my 2B Mindset Mentor Certification on this past Sunday! Can't believe I almost forgot to share!! I will be doing a separate post all about what that means and sharing more.<br />
<br />
Haven't decided if I am going to do weekly updates for Transform 20 on here or just one at the end to review the program and share my results. Let me know what you would like to see.<br />

Staying behind were our 2 grown children. Since then our son, Hayden, has moved to Arizona. He moved out here September 2018. This leaves our daughter, Taylor, still in Kansas City. She isn't alone as she lives with her fiance, Nick, and both sets of grandparents live in Kansas City as well.<br />

I was so excited that she and Nick decided to plan a trip to California in December. Christmas at Disneyland anyone! We drove to California and got to spend 4 great days with them sightseeing, and riding rides at Disneyland and seeing behind the scenes at Universal Studios Hollywood. Lots of walking, lots of lines, and lots of fun had by all! Oh, did I mention lots of pictures too?<br />

What’s the nutrition plan for Transform: 20?</h4>
You have the option of following two different meal plans for this program:<br />

<br />
Just like many other Beachbody programs, the Transform: 20 plan uses the Portion Fix container system. It gives you a simple formula to use to figure out which bracket you fall into and container counts for each day — simple!<br />
<h4>
What equipment is needed?</h4>
These workouts are 100% bodyweight — no weights. And there’s only ONE piece of equipment you’ll need, and it’s what Beachbody is calling “The Step.”<br />
<h4>
What are the workouts like?</h4>
There are 3 Phases to the program: Commit, Climb, and Conquer. As you progress through each phase, the workouts get harder and the moves become more intricate (similar to 80 Day Obsession).<br />
<br />
There are 5-weekday workouts: Burn, Faster, Stronger, Powerful, and Cut. Each workout has a different focus. There will be lots of fast feet movements on the steps and plenty of pushups, burpees, and lots of ab work!<br />
<br />
And finally one for the weekend: Balance. This consists of some light cardio and strength work, and lots of stretching.<br />

When will Transform: 20 be released?</h4>
This seems to be the new norm for our programs. It will launch in 2 phases:<br />

VIP Early Access: Starting December 4th the program will be on sale on TeamBeachbody.com, this means Challenge Packs, Completion Packs, Accessory Bundles, or Stand-Alone Digital<br />
VIP Access.Early Access workouts for Transform: 20 will be on Beachbody On Demand starting January 2019.<br />

Without Early Access: All other BOD subscribers will gain access to the program starting April 1st, 2019.<br />

Summer for me always meant, sunshine and pool weather. But for everywhere else in the states, Memorial Day weekend is the official start to summer. And to celebrate we decided to head down to Tuscon.<br />

I have been on plan for several weeks now with no alcohol and had decided beforehand that I would be indulging with some tacos and margaritas on Cinco de Mayo. And believe me, I did! Now, that doesn't mean I indulged all day or all weekend. I had my shake for breakfast and then late evening I had leftover steak and spinach and I drank lots of water throughout the day. I didn't use this one event to mess up the entire day or the entire weekend. That is a huge win for me!!<br />

It feels good to know you can indulge sometimes and still not go off the rails. It is about how you go into it. This wasn't a spur of the moment decision, it was planned, which I think helped to jump right back into eating on plan.</div>

I am starting my 2B Mindset group on May 14th. We are prepping this week and my eating will change. I will have more flexibility compared to what I have allowed myself in the past. I am excited to learn and experience this, because in the past, with so many restrictions I have fallen off the wagon and binged. My desire is to be free of that unhealthy eating pattern for good. To truly find balance and enjoy food, to live life and not feel so controlled by food.<br />

My husband had major surgery on April 16th, and had a </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">colectomy (bowel resection) and removed almost 8 inches of his colon. He was in the hospital for 4 days and just yesterday, 16 days after surgery, had his staples and his last tube removed. He can now move around without the tube coming out of his body! </span></span><br />

While the surgery just took place April 16th, he has been unwell for a while. </span></span><br />

Positive mental talk all the time! I read and listened to personal development, I was constantly filling my cup up with anything that would move me forward in a positive way. The struggle is real!! :) But we can do it if we keep our eyes on the prize and stay focus and committed to our goals. </span></span><br />

This program is going to be a huge challenge for me. Not only committing to the 6 days a week 40 minute to hour long workouts, but the program includes a timed nutrition plan, which is something I didn't even know existed till this program. I am loving that there are 80 different workouts, and the videos were done live, so we are progressing right along with the cast. I have never done something like this before and I am determined to do the program as it is written. I am in an exclusive coach test group run by the trainer, which I have also never had the opportunity to do in the past. Test groups are by invitation only and are usually a pretty small group, 100- 200 of the top coaches. This time they opened it up to any coach who was willing to commit and do the program. We have close to 40,000 coaches in the group! 😮<br />

When starting any program you want to take your before pictures and measurements. I always take them, but I have never shared those before publically. And because I am in the test group I was asked to take them in a sports bra. 😨 Well, here they are! Be gentle. This is so hard for me to do, but I believe by putting this out there and not hiding anything along the way this will not only help me but maybe it will connect with others and inspire them too.<br />

Completed day 1 of Country Heat yesterday and can't believe how emotional I was during the workout. I found myself crying several times, overcome with how far I have let myself go, and knowing I am responsible for where I am. Scared that I will fail again, like all the other times in the past. Knowing in my heart, that I can't fail this time. I am at an all time high weight! I don't even recognize myself in the mirror. My face quickly gets flushed when I do any type of activity. My ankles, my fingers, hands, you name it, they are all swollen ALL the time.<br />
<br />
Well over a year ago, maybe closer to two, I just quit. I was so tired of always "restarting". It seemed unfair that I constantly lived my life "trying" to lose weight. So I gave myself permission to not do anything. I didn't call it "quiting" or "giving up", I told myself I was going to be happy right where I was.<br />
<br />
I had been a Beachbody coach for forever and a day - I was surrounded by success stories. People succeeding not only in their health and fitness journeys, but in their coaching business. When I told myself I was happy right where I was, I couldn't keep seeing all of that on my social media accounts. I just didn't want to be reminded of what I was telling myself I couldn't do. I completely unfollowed and unliked all the pages and people that I was connected to. Left groups, tried to totally disconnect from all of it. Okay, I didn't disconnect from it totally! There were true connections and friendships I had made through Beachbody that I kept, and it being so easy to hide right out in the open on Facebook, I'm sure not one of them even knew I had went on a rampage leaving groups and unfollowing top coaches.<br />
<br />
I kept getting FB memories popping up of posts I had shared in the past, you know the ones you see all the time...I worked out! I drank Shakeology! New video on sale! lol Seriously I was annoying myself. What was not there was me truly sharing myself, my struggles, how hard life was at times. I thought I had to be perfect, I had to know everything and be the shining example. I mean I was a coach for goodness sake. I had to have my shit together. <br />

Well here I am again, starting over. <strike>Hopefully</strike> For the last time! I am going to do this. I am going to share all the details, good and bad. You might get sick seeing it, but I don't care! :) I truly am so grateful for the outpouring of support I have already received. Honestly I couldn't believe it. You have made me feel like I can really do this!<br />
